There are other varieties of parathas like aloo paratha, gobi paratha, sattu paratha, mooli paratha, paneer paratha, onion paratha and more. The Chinese items include gobi ginger, gobi 65, channa chilli crispy, paneer chilli, veg manchurian, vegetable noodles and more. Many customers, who prefer not to eat at the establishment, get their meals packed and take them back home. But there are still some who like to sit down and eat a hot plate of puri sabji. For those who want the spice level of the food adjusted, or salt lessened, there's room for such changes. "We often get asked for such changes, and we easily adjust the item according to the customer's needs," states Sanjay.
"I absolutely love the gobi manchurian here. The price is moderate and it's wonderfully crispy — I wouldn't go anywhere else for manchurian," says Vishaka P K, a college student.
