Looks like the New Year is making way for a new jodi in Sandalwood. In fact, they have got along really well and the expectations from the movie has only increased. The pair we are talking about is none other Navarasa Nayaka Jaggesh and 'Challenging Star' Darshan.
And they will be seen together for the first time in Agraja. The film is being shot briskly and the team was recently spotted at Kanteerava Studio, filming an important scene revolving around Independence Day. And all eyes were on Jaggesh and Darshan sharing screen space. Pegged as a big budget film the movie is being produced under the banner 'The Great Indian Movie Creators' and Govardhan is the producer.
Govardhan says that the duo share a great rapport and that's being transcended on screen as well. "The film attempts to look at many situations one is facing in the society today. People will not be disappointed with Darshan and Jaggesh on screen and I am sure the movie will have mass and class appeal," adds Govardhan.
Director Srinandan is making his debut through this movie. "It's a huge responsibility having such big actors in the movie. We have kept both their on-screen images in mind while shooting for it," he says.
The cinematographer is Ramesh Babu, the music has been composed by Naveen Raj and the dialogues have been written by Santosh and Manjunath.
The movie also stars Poornima, Arundhati and Kamana. Looks like there is
a lot more to expect from Agraja.
