Braving harsh conditions

Each journey will last three days and they'll contend with unusual cargo, massive rigs, lethal roads and each other.
Along the way, the weak will be eliminated and only one will walk away with the $ 150,000 prize — and the title of the toughest trucker. Catch 'World's Toughest Trucker' on the Discovery Channel at 10 pm on July 2.

A different sort of fishing
Hillbilly Handfishin' airs on July 2 at 9 pm on Animal Planet. Bustling city-dwellers travel to rural Oklahoma for some old-fashioned hand-fishing — the sport of catching catfish with bare hands and feet.
The series is a trip of a lifetime for fish-out-of-water, adventure-seekers who want nothing more than to surprise themselves — and maybe gross themselves out by doing things they'd never thought possible.
Led by Oklahoma hand fishermen and self-proclaimed hillbillies, Skipper Bivins and Trent Jackson, the viewers get a taste of redneck lifestyle by going through the paces of noodling catfish with no fishing rods and no hooks.
