Adventures in a distant land
Gulliver's Travels' is the story of Lemuel Gulliver (played by Jack Black), who has been working in the mail room of a New York daily newspaper for the last ten years.
Afraid to put himself out there, he considers himself a loser — as do all his peers. One day, after having finally had enough, he decides to declare his love for the beautiful Darcy Silverman, the newspaper's travel editor and one of Gulliver's only friends — only to chicken out at the last minute and instead tell her that he'd like to try his hand at writing a
column.
Darcy accepts and sends him on an assignment to the Bermuda Triangle.
There, Gulliver is shipwrecked and ends up on the island of Liliput — where he is twelve times taller than the tallest man.

The remaining people travel the seas, in search of survival — several different societies exist. A mariner, a mutant who is used to a customary and solitary existence, is forced into having to care for a woman and a young girl, while being pursued by evil forces. A deadly revenge indeed
In 'Thunderbolt', Foh (played by Jackie Chan) is a motor mechanic who runs a family business along with his father and two sisters.
He takes a master course with a motor company in Japan. Foh also helps the police by checking illegally upgraded cars for them.
Warner — aka Cougar (Thorsten Nickel) — is a psychotic racing driver. One day, he races past Foh and some policemen.
Foh manages to outrace Cougar and stops him. Cougar is put behind bars but soon breaks out. He kidnaps Foh's sisters in revenge.

Back in the field
The Rookie' stars Dennis Quaid, Rachel Griffiths, Jay Hernandez, Brian Cox and Angus T Jones. When a shoulder injury ended his minor league pitching career 12 years ago, Jim Morris resorted to coaching baseball and teaching science.
But Jim's team, after a bad performance on field, makes a deal with him — if they win the district championship, they want Jim to try out for a major-league organisation.
Also, after corrective surgery, Jim discovers that he can pitch a ball even faster than he could before.
His team then wins the championship for the first time in the school's history.
Now, Jim is forced to fulfill his promise — he faces the opposite teams himself by tossing successive balls as fast as100 miles per hour.
His dream of making it to the major league seems to be coming true now.
