The father-daughter duo has always explored the less talked about things with great interest and given them a creative twist.

In that sense, Jism 2, slated to release on August 3, is different. Written by Mahesh Bhatt and directed by daughter Pooja Bhatt, the movie has the actors bare all and explore sex and sensuality in its rawest form.

Pooja finds nothing wrong with talking openly about sex and showing explicit scenes without too much editing. "What's wrong, why be hypocritical about what all human beings want and yearn for— love and sex?

The story is about a porn star Izna (played by Sunny Leone) who longs for real love. It explores and captures the feelings of loneliness and how it leads to depression," Pooja says. She was in the City recently to promote her film and seemed more than excited to talk about it.

Pooja confides that after Jism, expectations soared and she had to ensure that Jism 2 was far better than the first part. "It's like a tall order that I must excel. And I felt the pressure at every step.

But I am thrilled that the movie has been receiving some good reviews and has exceeded my expectations. I am waiting to see what people have to say," she adds. She states that more than cutting, she has concentrated on editing the duration of most of the intimate scenes in the movie.

"It hasn't been cut but edited aesthetically. The visual dose is just right, without being too imposing," she says.

Pooja says she very thoughtfully chose the cast for the film."I couldn't think of anybody better than Sunny Leone to play the female lead.

She is sensuous and has this innocence about her. Randeep Hooda has this hot, stunning look and Arunoday Singh has just the right amount of vulnerability, apt for the character," she explains.

Pooja is proud that the Bhatt family has always promoted and encouraged new talent. "I always feel that working with new talent gives that extra edge to the film. I've worked with Kajol; Madhur is one of my favourites and I find Deepika, Nargis and Priyanka extremely talented," she notes.

Pooja has already tuned into working on the finer details of Jism 3. "I am inspired to do Jism 3, which will be bigger with an unusual twist," she beams.
