The much-awaited Upendra starrer 'Godfather' finally hits screens and that too on a festive weekend — the timing couldn't have been better. Directed by Sethu Sriram, the movie stars Upendra and Soundharya Jayamala in the lead. Catherine and Bhumika Chawla will be seen in special appearances. The story of 'Godfather' has been inspired by the Ajith-Asin starrer Varalaaru. The storyline revolves around two sons: one is a happy-go-lucky person and the other is seeking vengeance against his own father. As Upendra will be playing the role of the two sons and the father, this will be a triple treat for Upi fans. Apart from the star cast the next highlight of this film is, A R Rahman's music.
