Steelcase, a company focused on design and innovative concepts, has come up with a Reply Task chair, that meets the needs of the contemporary ways of working and provides comfortable seating with stylish looks that makes it an ideal seating solution at work.

The Steelcase Reply Task chair is a combination of seating and design. The Reply Task chair features an exclusive mesh back that is soft to touch, delivering comfort in an airy and light scale design. The airy and light, soft touch of the mesh back of the chair provides ergonomic support for day-long comfort. The elastic properties of the tensioned mesh back follows the body's natural movement removing pressure points.
The mesh back is available in four colours - black, red, sable, grey. The diverse colours available for this mesh back task chair can be used to energise individual work spaces and can be configured in 26 different upholstery colours. The chair is ASMI/BIFMA test certified for safety, quality and performance. Inspired by the principles of suspension bridges, the frameless back of the SAYL work chair encourages a full range of movement while the suspension back material keeps you cool—all with an extremely small environmental impact.
Herman Miller's work with Yves Béhar achieved a breakthrough in seating technology. Support is molded directly into the 3D Intelligent back material. The suspension material is stretched from the Y-Tower at the back of the chair just as cables are stretched from the towers of a suspension bridge.
The tension is greater in the transition areas, from the thoracic to the lumbar areas and between the lumbar area and sacrum. "Hinge points" allow these areas to flex and support the healthy, forward rotation of the pelvis.
At the same time, less tension in other parts of the back encourages a full range of seated movement.

Blackstone backed Synergy Property Development Services, the Global Project Management Consulting & Turnkey Solution Company, recently announced that they have bagged Design and Project Management contract to manage USD 153 Million Township Development from Rwanda Social Security Board.
The selection was done through an international tendering process for three townships development in Kigali, the capital and the largest city of Rwanda, also known as the commercial hub of Rwanda with population of one million.
