Q I am 22 years old. My hair is of less-than-medium thickness. I want thick, strong and bouncy hair. What should I do? What should I eat to get thick hair? I apply almond hair oil.
Also, I want my lip borders to look visible when I go to parties and functions. Not too bright or bold but noticeable. What should I do?

A Applying curd or egg about 20 minutes before shampoo adds body to the hair. So do henna treatments. Add 4 teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, 2 raw eggs and enough curd to the henna powder, mixing it into a thick paste. Apply on the hair and wash off after an hour. If you do not wish to use egg, add more curd. Diet is important. Have a small bowl of sprouts daily and add fresh fruits, salads, leafy green vegetables, and proteins, like whole grains, dals, beans, fish, chicken. You can apply almond oil or pure coconut oil to your hair. Use less shampoo and rinse well with water.

Use a lip pencil to outline the lips. It should be one shade darker than your lipstick. After outlining, apply lipstick with a lip brush.
