QI am 16 yrs old. I am 5'3 or 5'4. My father is 5'7. I would like to know if I can grow any taller. My mother's brothers are 5'9. Can I grow at least to my father's height?

A Since you are only 16 years old, your height may continue to increase. It is said that height increases till the age of 19. You can consult a yoga teacher about it. You can learn yoga and practice it daily. Height is determined by genetic factors. A healthy lifestyle, with exercise, nutritious diet and adequate sleep, is important. Consult your doctor for a diet chart and exercise schedule.
