Long wait to find one's true love

In Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi, Chandni lives in Bhopal with her father and her school-going brother and sister, Anuj and Sandhya.

She is a singer. She meets businessman Prem during one of her performances. They fall in love and hope to marry. Unfortunately for the couple, Chandni's father dies on the day of their engagement.

Chandni decides not to get married till both her siblings are old enough to take care of themselves. Will Prem wait for her or get married to someone else?

Watch the movie on November 1 at 8 pm on Zee Premier. It stars Sonu Sood, Isha Koppikar, Alok Nath, Vallabh Vyas, Smita Jaykar and Jaya Bhattacharya.

Slow descent into madness

Tune in to 'Vampire's Kiss' on MGM at 9 pm on November 1. Peter (played by Nicolas Cage) goes to a psychiatrist for treatment.

Apparently, he's convinced that he has been bitten by Rachel (played by Jennifer Beals), a vampire.

He waits in vain to develop fangs and become a vampire himself.

He drives his secretary Alva (essayed by Maria Conchita Alonso) crazy with his impossible demands.

Peter also insists that Rachel visits him regularly and drinks his blood.

Second chance to win


Cool Runnings' is directed by Jon Turteltaub. The movie revolves around Irving Blitzer, an American bobsled double-gold medalist, who finished first in two events but was disqualified for cheating and retired with shame to Jamaica.

Here, he leads a necessitous life as a bookie. The Jamaican sprinter Derice Bannock, who has also been disqualified in the Olympics games, forms the 'Jamaican Bobsled' team and approaches Irving Blitzer, convincing him to coach his team.

They fly to Canada to participate in the Olympic games — will they end up tasting success? Watch the movie on Zee Studio at 8.20 pm on November 1 to find out.

Problems in a close-knit family


Bulandi stars Anil Kapoor, Rekha, Raveena Tandon, Rajnikanth and Shakti Kapoor. In this film, Thakur Dharamraj is the village head and his word is regarded as law. His two brothers Arjun and Mukul treat him like god — they obey him and carry out his instructions unquestioningly. Arjun marries Meena, the daughter of a business tycoon. Things go wrong when a teacher commits suicide and the blame falls on Arjun. An infuriated Dharamraj banishes Arjun from the household and the village. Watch the film to see how Arjun manages to clear his name. It airs on Zee Cinema at 9 pm on November 1.

Revenge for his mother's death


Tekken is set way in the future, in the year 2039. The preceding world war has destroyed almost everything.

The world over, countries are run by evil corporates and the strongest and worst of them is Tekken.

Jun Kazama (played by Tomita) lives with her son Jin (essayed by John Foo) in the slums of Anvil in Tekken.

When he watches Jun's death at the hands of those running Tekken, Jin swears revenge.

Jin enters a death-defying combat tournament to defeat the world's strongest fighters — to become the king of the iron. Catch the movie on WBat 2 pm on November 1.

It stars Jon Foo, Kelly Overton, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Ian Anthony Dale, Tamlyn Tomita and Candice Hillebrand.
