Horrors on board a ship
Ghost Ship' airs at on October 29 at 11 pm on UTV Action. Jack (played by Desmond Harrington) is a pilot in the Canadian Air Force. He finds a strange ship, floating off the coast of Alaska.
He gets together a team to investigate this mystery. They are amazed to find the remains of 'Antonia Graza', a ship that had been lost at sea four decades ago — it's a fantastic find.
Since it has been found on international waters, the salvage rights would belong to Jack and his men and that could be a huge fortune. Little do they know, however, of the horrors awaiting them on board.
The beginning of Batman
Batman Begins' is a story that traces the origins of the well-known superhero. Bruce Wayne is all of eight years old when he falls into a cave full of bats.
Consequently, he develops a fear for the creatures. While watching the opera with his parents, he urges them to leave the theatre as the show features bat-like creatures.
Outside the theatre, both of Bruce's parents are killed by a mugger. Bruce blames himself for his parents' death.
A mysterious instructor by the name Henri Ducard (played by Liam Neeson) takes Bruce into hand and trains him to become a ninja.
Later, the adult Bruce (played by Christian Bale) returns to Gotham City, his native town, planning to end the mob rule there. Tune in to the movie on HBO at 9 pm on October 29.
Helping out a magician
The Sorcerer's Apprentice' stars Nicolas Cage, Jay Baruchel, Alfred Molina, Monica Bellucci and Teresa Palmer.
Balthazar Blake (played by Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan, trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis Maxim Horvath (essayed by Alfred Molina).
Balthazar can't do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (portrayed by Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé.
The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness.
