As part of the Dhaatu Navaratra Mahotsava 2012, a series of events will be held from October 18.
There will be a bharatanatyam recital by Chatura Gamini at 6.15 pm which will be followed by Aaneya Garva Bhanga, a shadow puppet play, by the 'Dhaatu Junior Team' at 7 pm.
Harishchandra, a string puppet show, will be staged on October 19 at 6.30 pm. Students of Chithkala School of Dance will perform a bharatanatyam recital on October 20 at 6.30 pm. Dancer Divya Hoskere will present a bharatanatyam recital on October 23 at 6.30 pm. Vijayanagara Vaibhava, a string puppet play, will conclude the festival on October 24 at 6.30 pm.
