Vouchers for the common entrance test will be sold till September 17, 2012. Last date for receipt of completed CAT Applications at the IIMs is September 19, 2012. The test will be conducted between October 11 and November 6, 2012 with results being announced on January 9, 2013. PhD programme
Applications are invited from candidates for a PhD programme at NIMHANS, Bangalore. The three specialisations on offer are PhD in Mental Health & Social Psychology, PhD in Neurophysiology, PhD in Speech Pathology & Audiology.
Eligibility: A Master's degree with not less than 55 per cent aggregate or MBBS/BE/B.Tech is mandatory. Candidates will work on a full time basis for a minimum period of three years. Diploma in Archives Management
Applications are invited to a one-year diploma in Archives and Records Management at the School of Archival Studies, New Delhi.
Eligibility: An MA in History with a 50 per cent minimum aggregate and an optional paper in Modern Indian History or an MAin Social Sciences — Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Linguistics is mandatory.
Duration: The duration of the training programme is one year — November 2012 to October 2013.
Ten scholarships of the value of Rs 1,500 per month will be awarded purely on the basis of merit. Six stipends of Rs 1,000 per month will be awarded to sponsored candidates.
