Director Aravind Kaushik was recently in the news for making a film in a record time of two hours — and that too, in one shot.

Talented: Shreyas TalpadeTitled Nam Areal Innondina, the movie also made news since a promo was released for its promo.

Now, the director's much-awaited promo has finally been released for the public.

Known to keep things different, Aravind has ensured that the promo has been released in a unique way — Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade released it in Bangkok.

The reason? Anaji Nagaraj, the producer of Nam Areal Innondina, was in Bangkok shooting for a trilingual with Shreyas. "When we had sent the promo to the producer, Shreyas was there too and he was really impressed.

That's when Anaji thought of having the promo released in Bangkok by Shreyas himself," says Aravind, who is known for movies like Nam Areal Ondina and Tuglak.

The promo will soon hit YouTube and television. Since the promo for the promo itself was exciting, the original promo will see something more unique.

Aravind says, "The promo of the promo introduced the movie at a glance but here, the characters in the film will introduce themselves in a unique way."

Speaking about the movie itself, Aravind says that it is about the lives of seven guys living in an area. And through this film, he wants to explore a whole new genre called 'real-time drama'.

"This genre is not completely explored in the Kannada film industry. Ihave always been a big fan of real-time drama. Apart from the script being crisp, so much thought goes into each of the characters as well in this genre," he adds.

That's not all. Word has it that Aravind will soon move on to directing a Bollywood movie. And, he has even been working on a script for nearly two months.

The buzz is that Shreyas Talpade is being roped in to play the lead and Anaji Nagraj will produce the movie. "Nothing has been confirmed as yet. So I don't want to talk about it right now.

Currently, my concentration is on Nam Areal Innondina and that's it," says the director. If things do work out, would he be willing to direct a Bollywood film? "Why not?

I am open to any language film. As a director, the story is the king for me and the language comes next," he wraps up.
